Return Policy

All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.vividlabsusa.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.

Conditions for Return:

You may return an unused product purchased at www.vividlabsusa.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

1. You include all original packaging in like-new condition.

2. You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused, new condition.
   ‍
3. You include the product itself in undamaged, unused, like-new condition.

4. You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.vividlabsusa.com within the above return period.

How to Return Your Product:

To initiate your return, please follow this procedure:

1. Contact Us: Email support@vividlabsusa.com with your order details and reason for the return. After we confirm that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address

2. Prepare Your Package: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Include the product and all required items listed above in the “Conditions for Return” section. Ensure that the receipt clearly indicates the product to be returned, the price paid, and the date of purchase.‍

3. Ship the Package: Send the package using a reputable carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) with a tracking option. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt for your records.

Refund Timing:

‍Vivid Labs USA will endeavor to issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. VIVID LABS reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order if necessary.

Additional Terms:

• Return Authorization: Returns MUST be authorized before being sent.
• Restocking Fee: All returned products are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee.
• No Returns on Opened Products: There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used.
• Nonrefundable Shipping: Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• Direct Purchases Only: Refunds can only be processed if the product was purchased directly from www.vividlabsusa.com.
